Jackass Apparel Return Policy
At Jackass Apparel, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
• Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, clearance/sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return

2. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
• If you need a different size or color, we’ll be happy to exchange it, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item being sent.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
